Prime ProData, Inc . is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner specializing in technology automation for the meat and food manufacturing industries. We have full time openings for senior automation engineer with a minimum of five years’ experience with PLC programming, HMI development tools, or process control languages. Hardware experience with Allen Bradley controls is a plus. Special consideration will be given to applicants with prior C++, C#, VB.NET, or SQL exposure. Our development staff works in a team environment and is supported by technical writers, trainers, and a full-service network infrastructure group. Projects range from shop floor automation through ERP solutions, both mobile and desktop. Continuing education is a priority at Prime ProData. We offer certification reimbursement, book and study guide allowances, and attendance at both local and national Microsoft training event.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • 5+ years' experience in designing equipment or managing automation projects
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automation systems
  • Experience interfacing with customers
  • Detail oriented individual
  • Knowledge of network systems and related components (routers/switches)
  • Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
  • Working knowledge of wiring standards and protocols
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and PLC's
  • Proficient with HMI/SCADA technologies
